Please read these terms carefully.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform.
Users must provide accurate and complete personal details, including full name, contact number, email address, and any other required information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must promptly notify Terhal of any unauthorized use.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account.
Terhal supports the following payment methods:
Users must ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and current.
Terhal does not impose booking fees; Users are required to pay the price set by the respective travel agency.
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the travel date for a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the travel date may incur charges or be non-refundable as per the travel agency's terms.
Refunds will be processed according to the policies of the travel agency. Terhal is not responsible for delays or disputes in refunds but will assist in communications where possible.
Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting Terhal support.
Users must carefully read all trip details, including but not limited to itineraries, terms, and conditions provided by the travel agency before making a booking.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including visas, passports, and any other required documentation for their travel destination.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their travel.
All communications with travel agencies must be conducted within the Platform's in-app messaging system.
Users are prohibited from using abusive language, engaging in harassment, or attempting to communicate with travel agencies outside the Platform.
Users must not misuse the Platform for fraudulent activities, including false bookings or payment fraud.
Terhal acts solely as an intermediary between Users and travel agencies. While Terhal will make reasonable efforts to assist Users in resolving issues, Terhal is not responsible if the travel agency fails to fulfill its obligations.
Terhal is not liable for any issues arising during travel, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illnesses, or other unforeseen events. Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Terhal is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by travel agencies or changes made by them after booking.
Users must report any disputes to Terhal by contacting [customerservice@terhal.app]. Terhal will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes internally through mediation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Users have the right to pursue legal action in the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
Terhal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or services provided by travel agencies. Terhal's total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the services in question.
Terhal is not liable for third-party services linked through the Platform, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, and activities.
User data collection, usage, and storage are governed by Terhal's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Users agree that their data may be shared with third parties for service provision, marketing, and analysis, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including health and safety regulations, visa requirements, and other mandatory travel documentation.
Terhal is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a User's failure to meet travel requirements.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Terhal, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
